Meet Arif Bhatti – Your Local Consultant in North Texas

Arif Bhatti, RN, BSN is the dedicated MSM Consulting partner serving Collin County and the greater North Texas area. Arif is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of progressive clinical and leadership experience in healthcare. Based in Frisco, TX, he has practiced across a wide range of settings – including cardiothoracic surgery, medical-surgical units, telemetry and stroke care, long-term acute care (LTAC), wound care management, and hospital operations. Throughout his career, Arif has been recognized for compassionate care, strong critical-thinking, and exceptional interdisciplinary collaboration.

In his leadership roles (as a Charge Nurse, House Supervisor, Director of Nursing, Case Manager, and Preceptor), Arif has a proven track record of improving patient outcomes and upholding the highest standards of quality. He has led initiatives that significantly improved patient safety – for example, implementing a wound care program that reduced hospital-acquired pressure injuries by 30% and a fall-prevention initiative that lowered patient falls by 20%. As a nursing unit manager and later a Director of Nursing, he also ensured strict regulatory compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations in the facilities under his oversight. This extensive hands-on experience means Arif understands firsthand the challenges healthcare organizations face with licensing, surveys, and day-to-day compliance – and how to address them effectively.
